BLDC Ceiling Fan Motor For 68 Inch Ceiling Fan 120VAC 30W 100RPM Low Noise
Brushless DC motor uses electronic communtation instead of mechanical steering. Compared with Brush DC motor, it has long working life and eliminates mechanical steering's noise, sparks and electromagnetic interference and so on. It is of great convenience and reasoning to control motor's performance. Brushless DC motor can be mainly divided into two parts, motor and circuit control. Motor is composed of rotor which its main component is permanent magnet and of stator which its main component is silicon steel sheet and copper wire.
This motor is also called EC motor. No transformer need. The motor controller functions as "AC to DC" and supply DC power to motor.

Function |
- Through RF(433MHZ) to receive the transmitter signal and control accordingly. - Motor on and off; Motor on load speed; Motor Running time; Motor rotation direction |
Protection Function |
- Soft start: When the controller is powered on, the motor will speed up slowly to the required data. - Over-voltage and under-voltage protection: When the power input to the controller voltage is higher than 270VAC, or less than 70VAC, the controller will turn off the current. - Over-heating protection: When the temperature is higher than 85℃, the motor is turned off or slow down the speed. - Lock protection: When the motor suddenly stops due to the external resistance, the controller will turn off the motor current, and try to restart after a few seconds. If there is no resistance, the motor runs normally; if resistance do not disappear, motor will stop running temporarily and after a few cycles, the power would be cut off completely by the controller. - Over-current protection: Due to external causes, if the motor current increases which exceeds set value, the controller will turn off the motor. - Constant power protection:The maximum load power of the motor is not affected by the voltage value in the operating voltage range. When the load of the motor changes, the power of the motor remains unchanged. - Open-phase protection: If there is no power supply to one of the phases, the motor will be stopped running by the controller. |
