BLDC Motor For Microwave Oven FOC Control PWM Speed Adjustment With Power Supply PCBA
This BLDC motor is designed for small power output like microwave oven application.
Rated voltage | 12VDC |
Rated load | 15.9mN.m |
Rated speed(on load) | 1850+/- 5% RPM |
Rated power(on load) | 5W |
Insulation class | CL.H |
Insulation resistance | 10MΩmin. (500VDC) |
Dielectric strength | 600VAC/1S leakage current <=5mA |
Temperature rise | <75K |
Noise | Measured at 50CM from motor rated voltage rated speed, no load under controlled condition, undergrounged noise level is less than 50dBA |
Motor Driver and Controller
Input voltage | 100~255VAC |
Output voltage | 12VDC |
Output power | 5W |
Control method | PWM |
Position detection method | FOC |
Soft start function | After the controller is powered on, the motor is slowly accelerated to the required value after starting. |
Locked rotor protection | When the load brought by the motor encounters great resistance from the outside to stop the motor, the controller temporarily stops the motor. After a few seconds, the motor tries to start. If the resistance is absent, the motor runs normally. If the resistance is still present, the motor stops temporarily again. After several cycles, the motor stops. Manually remove the resistance, and press again to start the motor. |
Over current protection | If the motor current suddenly increases beyond the set value due to external factors, the motor will stop running. |
Open-phase protection | When one or two of the three phases of the motor are not energized, the motor stops running. |
